I need banner ads developed for a marketing/ad campaign. This project includes the creative concepts to be used in the banner ads and the graphic development to create the banner ads. The banner ads need to be extremely professional, animated and must meet IAB standards. The following are the sizes required for development: (4 of each) 300 x 250 IMU - (Medium Rectangle) 180 x 150 IMU - (Rectangle) 468 x 60 IMU - (Full Banner) 728 x 90 IMU - (Leaderboard) 160 x 600 IMU - (Wide Skyscraper) The banner ads will be used for the marketing of the PAYjr Prepaid MasterCard program to both parents and teens so 2 ads of each size should be developed to target teens while the other 2 ads of each size should be developed to target parents. That ads must be delivered in gif format and must absolutely be under 15kb in size. I've attached two files to the bid request - one is our standard logo, the second is a PDF of our card designs (***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE ONLY USING THE BLACK CARD DESIGN***) ***Please use the logo design from the black card on all teen creatives. To help with the development of the creative, here is some narrative about the campaign: - we will be running these ads during the holidays, trying to sell prepaid cards to parents as a gift for the teen. For goal of the teen ad is to get the teen to add the card to their christmas wish list. - the cards are available for teens 13 and up. - the PAYjr program helps educate teens on budgeting, spending, and saving - the PAYjr program also provides a unique online allowance and chore system, as the teen earns money, it is moved from the parent account to the teen card - GET CREATIVE
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
