Build a responsive wordpress theme Twitter Bootstrap

Hello all, I need to build a responsive theme for wordpress using Twitter Bootstrap. Site should be in HTML5 and CSS3 with valid and "clean" code. Site is RTL! Please bid only if you are experienced with wordpress, HTML5, CSS3 and Twitter Bootstrap3!! I will ask to see some previous projects. Here are some more specifications: 1. Site design: Same as: [login to view URL] . use logo, header, colors etc. Please note the menu is not working well so you need to improve it. a. Header – I will provide you with improved header image including phone numbers and some other info. Until I provide you with this b. RTL c. Sidebar: Widgetized Sidebar – on the left, containing: 1. Contact form (I will define fields) 2. Social facebook plugin d. Footer – widgetized footer with 3 columns and one wide div above them. The above div will show some text. The down 3 columns will show google map, address and phone, small logo. Please note the footer has errors (at this moment). You should not duplicate the error. There should be no vast empty spaces like there are now. 2. Navigation a. 2 level drop down navigation menu. b. Click on logo should link to home page. Option to change logo would be nice. c.
