Design An Ebook Sales/Publishing Website

I have registed a domain name, and now require someone to build a site. I could set this up myself but I don't have time. Any written content for the site will be taken care of by myself. You will be responsible for designing the site itself and the graphics for the pages. Here is a basic walkthrough of what I need. -Account setup for customers -View Purchased Ebooks -Accounts For Authors -Ebook Submission/Upload - Ebooks should upload to a section for my approval and then allow a way for me to easily approve the book for the store. -View Sales/money owed in author accounts -Premium Service Purchase page. Authors can submit their ebooks using the free service - or purchase premium services that include front page promotion and an about the author web page. -For authors who purchase the premium service I need them to be able enter information about themselves that will display on their page. Their page should also inlude links to all of their ebooks in the bookstore. -A way to securely store ebooks that makes it difficult for people to find links to them without first purchasing the books. -Integration With Paypal for payment - With returns to the site after a book is paid for. -Main pages with sections for ebook sales, and with links for authors to get to the authors pages. The front page should inlude a main section, and boxes to promote both the fiction and non-fiction book of the week. Users should be able to browse books by category, or by author. -Some sort of content management system that makes it easy for me to make changes to any of these pages and also makes it simple to add/subract categories. Basically I need a bookstore. I would prefer this to be set up with php and mysql since I understand and can modify it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
