AD management Script Web site

it can be a ready script or any wordpress drupal etc... the web site script must be simply an advertising manegement script and the script must be compatible for a few language option as Turkish English Russian Arabic.. or instead of these can be google translate button.... the visitors if they are interseted to rent some banner area on their web sites to us they will enter on this web site and fill a form to talk to us.. and we will check the web site and if we want to have some adverts like banners or other advertising options on their web sites .then maybe we can have a user area for these people and tell their payments onb the system and which we can make it manually or a simple account form... and normal visitors who wants to give adverts they will login to user area and fill forms for all their orders realted for giviing adverts then we will contact them or answer all their orders on this sites admin area... Basicly we want to have a website for controlling two things on it 1. "Web site owners" who wants to have adverts on their web site and also to earn more money or more trafic on their web site. 2.
