Honestly even £20 is too much for this job, so I will be happy to do it for you. Your logo is already bigger than displayed. The actual size is 268x60 px but the theme css scales it down to 180px. In fact there is no php involved in this job... pure css will do it. All I need from you is an email of screenshots with notes of what color you want each part to be. If you don't know the color codes, you can show me the color itself and i will get it from there. You should also increase the image size setting for the Featured products... they are too small and this is why they are blurry.
