Important: Please put APIPROJECT at the start of your bid to show you have read the below.
Using the API at IG Index, i need a platform which can place trades for me.
My key requirements are
1) Using a defined node id, identify number of instruments under a node, and allow user the option to choose which instrument to detect/trade
2) Determine whether the instrument is open for trading
3) Ability to automatically get the value for a particular instrument at set times in an hour (eg every 5 mins with an offset, if offset is 30 secs, get instrument values every 4mins 30 secs from start of hour
4) If the value of a specific attribute of the instrument is greater, equal or less than a value I specific, buy or sell the instrument
5) Define contract size to buy or sell
There are detailed notes on how to do the above in

Importantly, it needs to have the relevant error handling and address the issues outlined in the FAQ

Regardless of whether the tool trades, at each of these detection frequencies, it should be able to record to CSV the instrument info from the following columns (call this Instrument Data
1) Market Column Data
2) Period Column Data
3) Sell Column Data
4) Buy Column Data
5) Change Column Data
6) Update Column Data
7) Executed
8) Comments
I can provide a demo account and API key to allow for testing.
Look forward to working with you
