We need someone to provide an ample experience in the css bootstrap scene for our website. We are aiming for very basic, but a heavy understanding of bootstrap is a MUST. CSS skills are an absolute MUST. This can NOT be done incorrectly. you must be able to work with an already created website. So if we need to put something in an alert box for example you will need to know how. It will require you to have a strong unerstanding of PHP development, and HTML. This will include css / bootsrap addition of up to 5 pages. And the work must be completed as quickly as possible.

We guratee that site will load on both ios, android and any other browser with better quality.
