Complicated Wordpress Conversion - PSD to WP

I am looking for an experience wordpress designer who is capable of coding our PSDs to Wordpress. Coders have had trouble with the background in the photoshop file not extending to the width of the users screen, which causes white space on both sides of the [url removed, login to view] have also had trouble with fonts.
Please only take this conversion if you feel 100% comfortable with it. It MUST look like the PSD in every way. We do not want a fixed width on this template!
Attached is the PSD files that we need coded. Please look at the files before bidding. Please write "I have looked at the files" somewhere in your bid to let us know that you have downloaded and opened the files. Please ask questions before bidding! All files are included that you will need.

Hi think you forgot to attach the files but I have solid experience with responsive html so background adjusting for screen size will not be a problem
