Create a Wordpress Template - Knowledge in \"Artisteer\" is a must

We are a successful web design company in Western Canada with established clientele. Due to increase in business we have several projects that we need manpower to complete and therefore are inviting interested and qualified bidders to submit a proposal. - Our web sites are developed in Wordpress - We are using Artisteer to custom develop and test responsive themes that match our client design. We need an individual or company that can fulfill multiple web site development orders. You will be in charge to develop themes and templates in Artisteer and import content for production ready template that can be imported to Wordpress with the content already built into it for most part. In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be willing to (and prove that you are capable of) adhere to complete privacy to develop all work in confidentiality without soliciting or contacting our clients directly now or in the future (we own our client list and you will provide white label solutions - no mention to you your business etc.). This is per piece work that may start as a modest part time contract but could turn into a long term full time agreement for fairly large amount of work. Consideration will be given as follows. -Ability to demonstrate that all work will be handled confidentially (we had bad experience in the past where freelancers promised us confidentiality only to approach our clients later and solicit the work or use our clients as a reference on bids and projects they did on their own. We want none of that and want to absolutely be convinced this will not be the case here). - Ability to finish work on time and on budget. -Ability to communicate and submit daily progress reports (we are working on some very tight deadlines) - Must be familiar with Artisteer and be able to develop templates with it but also needs to know how to modify and fine tune template files (hand code PHP CSS HTML). - Must be able to write in clear grammar free English - Must be reasonably priced (as we do not know exactly how much work we can send in the beginning and there could be multiple projects to start with, please propose on hourly rate with any applicable discounts given for larger hours i.e. $ xxxxx per hour (pay as you go) $xxxxxx per hour if monthly hours exceed xxxxx number of hours (i.e 10 hours, 50 hours 100 hours 200 hours 500 hours etc.). - We thank all who send us their proposals but we will only consider and reply if we are confident all requirements we laid out had been met according to our wishes and requirements.
