Create a Wordpress Template

We are a non-profit organization. We have a Word Press based website and we want to update the site, and change a few things and add a few features. We’d like to have a way to donate online. We’d like for people to be able to sign up for e-mail alerts and updates. We’d like to be able to organize content under a number of different tabs or by some other methodology. We also have several domain names (alternative ways to say our organiation's name) all pointing to the same website. We want to create another separate website that will look and function a lot like (or essentially identical) to our current site (like above). We do not need additional creative work here. We just need it to be a different URL and we need it to have a different name across the top (this will be for a related, but separate non-profit organization). We have another site which we want to update. We would like it to have the appearance of being a news and opinion site. We’d like for people to be able to sign-up for a weekly Newsletter. We'd like for people to be able to donate. We'd like for there to be some automatic new feeds. We have a website that has no content but is used for e-mail -- I don’t need anything done with this at this time. But I would like this site moved to the same hosting service so that all of the above sites are hosted in one location. I would like all four of the websites moved to the same registry service — likely Go Daddy. That way we can deal with the registry issues at one location and not have to track it with four different services. We are small nonprofit so we don’t have a huge budget. But we need to figure out how to address these issues.
