Customised Joomla Online Greeting Card for Printing

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We are looking for someone to build a website similar to [login to view URL] which is an online greeting card creator where users can do the following: FRONT-END: - Select template / backgrounds - Edit greeting card - Upload photo or take photo to insert into greeting card - Preview card / modify - Confirm and make payment - plus we need other default Joomla features i.e. homepage, slideshow, the usual default modules, articles, etc. (I will insert contents/articles ourselves).
