add in ability to turn off or on column in admin area for events

We require someone with great php/mysql skills to help us add in a few features to our current stats reporting system. This should not be complicated but I am tired of hiring people who say they know what they are doing and then do not.
This system is live and reports stats from our students. We need the ability to turn off or one a column when creating a new event that reports stats/shows stats. I require someone with EXCELLENT PHP skills who understands statistical data. Min 5 years coding experience to bid.
I can go over details more in person. This would be hourly paid job. Should not take more than 1hr.. but I will give you 2 hrs max.
Also more work to come after this if good job is done.
