Adwords API to Custom Excel Reports

We're a professional agency managing Google Adword's campaigns for our clients. We have developed a campaign report in Excel that shows our clients how their campaign is structured in an easy-to-read format. The problem we have is that we have to cut-and-paste this entire report and it takes several hours to compile for each client. We need a solution that taps the Google Adwords API for the information we need and puts that information into a ready-to-deliver to the client Excel format. We have not worked with Rent-a-Coder in the past so this project would require three rounds of changes if we so desire in order to get the product/solution we are seeking. Bidders should keep this particular aspect in mind as they bid - this is not a one-shot "build-it-and-done" code project. Additionally, we have many other projects that we could use an expert API coder on and a successful project on this small project would likely lead to others. Particulars: We have included a sample of the desired outcome of the report. We want to be able to access the API by the user name and password and to have the ability to select which campaign(s) the report runs on. Additionally, within the campaigns, we want the ability to select whether the report should include deleted adgroups, paused adgroups, or active adgroups - or some combination of all three. We also want the ability to choose whether or not the report should include all keywords within the adgroup in terms of keyword matching (broad, phrase, or exact) or only the first instance of each keyword regardless of keyword match. If the report shows all keywords, we want it to have a column that shows the keyword match type. We also want each page of the report to contain our logo. We also want specific colors to be used in the report: Blue for the first line of each ad and green for the website url. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
