Craigslist Ad Posting (Daily AD Posting)

We are seeking to have Craigslist Ad posted on a daily basis. Craigslist Posting Details include; 1. CL Ads between 10m - 5pm (USA - Pacific Time), 7 days a week, every hour. 2. CL Ads for 22 cities listed in CA. 3. CL Ads in 2 sections (Real Estate & Financial) for all CA Cities. 4. CL Ad will be a static image link within our site, with extra keyword links. Similar to our existing Ad, but can be changed with 72 hr notice. Example: <[login to view URL]> 5. This is a total of 44 Ads per hr, for 7 hrs a day, which is a total of 308 Ads posted daily. Monthly Average (per 30 day mth), equals a total of 9,240 Ads. 6. To keep both parties protected by rentacoder, and the tos. The project will require verification of all ads posted on a daily basis. This will be done by our company, requiring a simple word doc at the end of each day providing simple hyper links to each ad posted. The project money will be deposited to rentacoder upon acceptance of the bid, and will be released at the end of the job completion (30 days). We are seeking someone to do this on a monthly basis. 12 mths a yr. Each mth will be done the same, through rentacoder. Once a coder has been selected, this same coder will receive first right of refusal for the following mths job, and will receive the link here in rentacoder to bid on it as well... This will continue every mth, for a minumum of a yr, and hopefully indefintely. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
