I'm looking for someone to design a website for my wife's law firm. I want it to be (1) clean & elegant (i.e., not cheesy or chaotic), (2) professional (i.e., not frivolous or playful), (3) good coherent aesthetics (i.e., a nice color scheme), and (4) buttons, lines, and backgrounds with some nuance, texture, and depth (i.e., so it doesn’t look homemade or flat).
It is VERY important that the designer have a great sense of style -- it would be best if you can show me samples of websites you have designed before.
Attached are JPG / PUB files showing a basic idea (looking at websites I like the look of, such as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and others), of what I'm looking for. Simple -- a static website of uniform structure. The form on the left margin, like the Contact Us page, would have a web form that would allow visitors to submit information to the system.
I need it in HTML, well documented, so that my web designer friend (and eventually I) could edit it ourselves (e.g., add events or a page, change links, colors, etc.). There would be 6 pages:
(1) Home
(2) Practice Areas
(3) Bio
(4) Events
(5) Resources & Links
(6) Contact Us
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working website in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition -- ready to upload via FTP to host server. Must be well documented HTML files.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Hi everyone
I realized the bid range was set at $500-1000. Since I have a bid from someone I know for $649, I have reset the bidding at $100-600. I expect to spend more than $200. Quality is important.
I am MOST interested in your ability to design a nice, professional looking site that is well documented, so that I can edit the code later. This is because I have friends who can help me with the HTLM and CSS.
THANKS!
Jahan
