Complete design and implementation of my web site ( This should be the worlds premiere master piece work in design) (repost)(repost)

I have a magnificent web site began but my designer fell on hard times and was forced to procrastinate and finally resign from the site. The site has a beautiful start and while it will require imaginative design skills, it will also require some functionality . The final product needs to be a labor of love that sets the standard for all similar webs to follow. I am not in a big hurry for completion and I desire a person with patience as I am a dummy and not very good at this. I do desire a person that I can communicate interactivly with by icq and some one that can form imagnitive solutions in an artful manner that will portray my personal ideals in a web format. I only dsire all work to be done through rentacoder. This site will finally require a user friendly data base so I can update it as I desire. Its not a very big project at all but the final out come should gater attention from all that visit it. You will be paid for your work but the greatest reward should be work that this site generates. Bidder will need to have good design skills and knowledge of PHP and SQL. JS is also required to implement a shopping cart or modify existing cart for Paypal . I have back up support for the advanced core contact page only design and installation of the design is required for it. RAC thinks my description is not very clear so maybe you can make it more clear. ## Platform This needs to be compatible with a modern web server that has most or all the goodies pre installed.
