Android App Built on Bullseye Locations API

We are looking to build a native app for Android. Our thinking is to use Java, but we are open to suggestions and willing to consider solutions built on PhoneGap.

The main search functionality will be built on top of our Bullseye Locations API. The API offers full location search functionality via SOAP interface. Authentication will be at the client level. Users do not need to have an account to search the locations.

The display showing users account balance will be pulled from a separate API which will also provide authentication at the user level.

Users will authenticate once and configuration will be stored in the application.

Attached is a set of comps showing the feature set. We are not including airport mapping as part of the first deliverable. We are including Google mapping at the location level.
