Basic SmartPhone Camera App

Hello. I need an application built for Android Phones and iPhone. When the user starts the application, they will take 4 photos. These 4 photos are arrange in a vertical "strip". Then a PNG graphic is placed over the top of the 4 photos (with transparent holes to let the photos show through) This creating a branding photo strip (like a photobooth) The application will need to have the "graphic" chosen in the settings or before the user starts taking the photos. The application will need an "import" feature, to add more "graphics" as and when I make them available. ## Deliverables The source or package must not be encrypted as I may wish to modify the user interface, colours, design etc Please see attached sample image of the concept. The white graphical background/frame will be a single PNG that is selectable by the user from a range of concepts/themes
