Betfair api - repost

****please note if you do not have a betfair account you cant test it. I can only provide my account details when i award the project.

.I need a api or a web site for betting. I do take bets from my friends and place it in to my betfair on their behalf. I do it manually now, i want it automatically.

.All games markets odds are auto upload from Belfair site and auto refresh every second , and market will removed automatically after X time after kick off.

• As admin I will select which market will be displayed, and the odds after (%) of commissions for me, it has to work auto and manually both.

• client to able to create account long in and place bets. All betting record should display in to their account information. Client can request deposit and withdraw, as admin I will handle it. No payment platform need as admin i will be credit or debit there account. As admin should able to limit every account.

• Site need to be secure. Client will place bet in different currency when they place bet it will auto place the bet on Belfair on my behalf
