CONSULTATION / ADVICE for my programmer needed on IMAP (Online or Software Gmail Scraper Solution)

ADVICE / CONSULTATION NEEDED ASAP! RE: PERSONAL GMAIL SCRAPER program being built right now. BID BUDGET: Up to $50 USD JUST FOR YOUR ADVICE! I keep a staff of favored programmers one of which is really good at what he does but I believe could use some help. I’m offering $50 or whatever your best bid is (for your advice) to the person who can give the best answer in resolving this dilemma of a program already built and functioning. ====================================================== [For one of my clients he has built a program that allows a person to login with their own personal gmail account information and allows the user to scrape their own gmail for contact information based on keywords or the senders email. It works fine from his personal server but trying to put it online has been another matter. He is trying to figure out how to get this to work online as he needs to grab gmail's email via imap which uses port 993. He is using some sort of PHP functions like imap_open() but nearly every server I’ve looked into will not accept the opening of port 993 which cause a problem to use PHP imap_open() function. ====================================================== My programmer was told that he in addition would need a dedicated / static IP in addition to the IMAP function]. Don't bother giving advice if you don't know for a fact it'll work or can't do it yourself because if my programmer can't do it, I may hire you in addition to this to assist him in his efforts. I will interview the best ideas here and will conference you in between me and the other programmer in charge to determine if your idea is the best solution.
