AJAX Form with Images

Have a form, with 8 Images. When the user clicks on image, a input box appears, over the top of it. The users enters in some information into input box, and clicks submit beside the input box. Their input then appears under the image. In background, when user press submit, would like their info to be saved to database, so when user logs back in, the text they entered in, appears under the box. --------------- Have another form (on same page as above) User has 40+ images to select from to make his favorite. User selects the images he likes as his favorite (it can be any number). Beside image when image has been made favorite, it should say "selected" In background, when user selects image, would like this information saved to database. so when user logs back in, the "selected" text appears beside the image.
