Able to work with all kinds of scripts and fix image saving feature

I need someone who is good with witting scripts in different languages php able to us database effectively. Someone who can modify a script if needed to make the features of the script work. At the moment i am having a problem with my script where a customer designs a product in the website and adds it to cart. When the product is saved it doesnt seem to save in the proper place or the image isnt located for the admin to download it. Let me see if i can illustrate it here. Customer enters website ----> X-------> customer designs his product -----> saves or adds to cart what the customer designed. Admin receives the order which is in PDF form -----> admin downloads what the customer design in pdf format. Issue : when customer saves/uploads, adds to cart -----> the image cannot be located or found...... PDF cannot be downloaded and gives an error cannot find image. Thank you
