Ajax Messenger service based on Openfire/Spark

Hello, the project is to develop a clone-mix from [login to view URL] and mosoto.com. This means a web based messenger service which can connect to all major networks, has social features like file-/musicsharing like on mosoto. Later it should be possible to use an API interface to connect to other sites. But at the beginning it should just work stand alone like meebo.com. Moreover we need a tool which webmasters can include in their site like this: [login to view URL] I guess the best solution is Openfire with spark. It´s professional and already has the most required features. Based on this system you just have to add some new features and a frontend. For the frontend you could use a customized version of spark or because of the flash api for openfire an flash client like mosoto has. An meebo like frontend can be found in this free ajax messenger: [login to view URL] (I also know ejabbered ([login to view URL]) and as client claros chat or JW Chat (which is included on ejabbered). But I think it´s not as good as Openfire.) So at the end you should develop a meebo/mosoto mix-clone which can be used in multilanguage - primarly German and English. You should have skills in PHP,Python,MySQL,Javascript and maybe Flash. We also need a professional frontent like the original sites have. Thanks a lot.
