Automated Webinar script/software & Wordpress Plugin Bookmark and Share

I want an automated Webinar Replay program that I can set up prerecorded webinars and play at a specific times. Two Examples would be: (1) [login to view URL] or (2)[login to view URL] this is a list of comparable products. Visitors/Viewers of the webinar must be able to 'Like' for Facebook, tweet for Twitter, etc. for the other Social and Business Networking sites. I also want this to be able to be used as a Wordpress plugin program. It also needs to be able to access/write/pull data from, different CRM's (Customer Resource Management) applications. I know that someone out there can do a better job without this having such a high cost. Even if you can reproduce their product its still better than the month fee. I could be wrong but i think this would be a php app that I could if I wanted to resell to all marketers and businesses that use the internet for promotional and educational webinars. Im also interested in anyone that could write this in a Wordpress plugin. (Possibly plugin for Joomla as well). And written in such a way that it will not conflict with the theme or other well-known plugins. It should probably have the ability to pull from Amazon S3, Libsyn, and work on mobile devices.
