Bespoke online theatre ticketing system

Have a new portable theatre tent/structure that will be touring. Require a programmer to design an online ticketing system for the tent seating and ticket sales. The programme/system must allow users to select different seating based on pricing structures and book seating. Once seats are booked for a particular show - those seats must no longer be available for purchase for that performance night. Standard ticketing type system. Must also block seats out for a period of time while transaction is being considered or completed - however must time out and free seats up if transaction is taking more than the default period of time. On completion of transaction system must send an automated email to administrator and purchaser with purchasing And ticketing confirmation details. Must generate standard reports such as sales reports, vacancy reports etc. Very basic application and bespoke system. Seating configuration won't change so will only need to design one or two different seating structures (on peak and off peak pricing structures)
