Blackberry support for PHPMotion 2.0 website

Hi! I have a site located at Frxumtxube.com. (remove x's) It was designed using PHPmotion v 2.0 I am looking to have Blackberry compatibility. Included in this bid is the following: 1) When videos are uploaded, it will upload a mobile (blackberry) compatible format, in addition to the regular format (flv). I'm not sure if mpeg4 or 3gp is better choice. Also, if there is a format that will work on blackberry AND will also have the quality suited for the web version will also be fine. Please note, my site allows for uploads from desktop AND videos grabbed from youtube, and this will need to be compatible with both methods of video upload. 2) A basic mobile version of the site which will have the (mobile compatible) videos listed in order of recently uploaded, and search capability. This mobile version of the site will be located at [login to view URL] and mobile users will automatically be redirected there. Please only bid if you have worked with mobile compatible sites before.
