Build new Wordpress rating website

I need a new website build with wordpress. Name of the Domain will be : bodilypartsdotcom. This will be a site where people could upload images from parts of her body and other people could rate the images. There will also be a adult-section, but only for registered users. Requirements (what you have to do) : - build a nice, fresh and modern rating website.
