CRM / Backend Management System

We have designed a system currently, that isn't correctly working. We are a Credit firm that works in the USA. We currently use Salesforce CRM and looking to create something similar to this within our own portal. Additionally, this also work with our online client / affiliate / agent log-in system. You can use what we have already created as a guide, or create a whole new different design. Before we will considering hiring we will need to see previous works in this same field. Additionally we will need to have a call (Skype) in order for you to understand the specifics. If you would like to speak with me prior to bidding please let me know and we can speak to more specifics as to what this project will hold. There will be 5 access points into this backend management system / CRM. There will gateways for Admin, Processing, Agents, Affiliates, and Clients. We have hired 3 people in the past that just haven't been able to do the job whether being not having the time to do, the ability to do it, etc. I would prefer freelancers in the USA, or if your outside of the USA please ensure your up to the task and can communicate during USA business hours. You will need to be available via phone, email, etc. Time frame is 60 days to complete. We will want concept and designs of all views prior to programming. Pay will work in phases: Phase 1 completion: (this will be a working model of the programs). 1/2 contracted amount Phase 2 completion: (this will be the completed program needing no further revisions and everything working properly) 1/2 contracted amount. If the above pay schedule will not work for you please DO NOT BID. We have been taken several times by paying different ways and has cost us A LOT of time and money. This will be the only way we will pay. We will create milestones showing the money is set aside for this purpose. Please remember this can turn into a long term engagement if we like your work, and communications.
