CSS,PHP,HTML,Create 1-Page Layout

Project Description:CSS,HTML,PHP Must start project right Now or don't bid...Project is for PHPprobid website auction which will be the Photo & Video Settings page for the User himsef...Everything as requested in my description or don't bid...My project description is for 1-DAY ONLY and nothing more unless i agree to additional hours needed and must be in writing with you..Anything more then my mentioned DAY will be reported as incomplete... 1 -Total pay of a $70.00 milestone will be created (then release only if functional and completed work)...If you see color,links,Text size and image location ,video,etc.. Don't bid if you can't deliver my requests mentioned in my description......Zero feedback i am not listening to you..... NOTE:We already have the photo gallery and video Gallery in place.......... Work is for 1 complete functional Page which you must add to Our Current website..Will tell you where...... (1) This Pic2 below is an image (not a file its a draft i made)..This will be a page which will replace a current page,must delete what's there.. (2.) Add avatar image and feedback count must be linked to it's page.. (3.) connect my 5-links (photo gallery ,video gallery,my auctions,My inbox,Forumns just link them to their page) and 2 below avatar (feedback and seller other auctions)..... (4.) have my enable /disable buttons added and functioning-(Private messaging and enable comments etc) (5).Must add my Image & Video Layout as seen all to its proper size & location as seen on my images,They only contain the Description and delete button below..This images are the users images he uploadded to the photogallery which is already there.. (6.) CSS colors must be exactly as seen in my image below.. (7.) Must have my "previous " ,,, "next" image ,,, the "View Full Size" image link buttons working.... (8.) Delete Buttons are for the User-members photos & videos.....must work (9.)Must have my Block user boxes and my Un-Block users Drop down all 3 working.. The videos you see are from our video gallery..You must have them working and so the expand view to work.. You will need SKYPE to communicate with me... Message me if you can do the Job...Don't add or give my credentials to someone else as this happened before..Don't bring a 3rd party into my project as my agreement is with you..Don't request me friends to my Skype from someone else,,This are a NO,NO..
