Central Staff Panel for multiple WHMCS installs via API

We have about 6 different WHMCS panels we need to manage via a Central panel via API integration. The panel should show unified graphs of the major metrics such as open tickets by day, income, etc. Needs to allow staff members to login via a secure admin panel, show the staff workers a summary of the current count of Open Tickets, Pending Orders, Pending Cancellations, and other useful management features, as well as quick-links to hop directly to them. They should also at a glance be able to know where issues need to be dealt with on any of the integrated systems. This system will need the ability to tie into an unknown number of WHMCS instances, so programmer should keep this in mind and base it around 10-20 WHMCS instances being managed via API.
