Chatroom and part website

If you remember the old MSN Chat network then you'll know what i'm after, What i don't need is the profiles, gruops etc.. All i need is : Chatroom ((Webchat) to connect to an IRC Server), a Chatroom list (Rooms on the irc server) and a Create room page (Members create rooms) with differnet categories. Coding for site to be writen in php and the webchat interface in Flash if possible but i'm open to suggestions so long as it's smooth with no refresh, has to be real-time. I already have a website with a MySQL data base so chatroom needs to add member names to chatroom with profile and whispers, various fonts, colours and smileys. like i say, like the old msn chat network, Roomlists, Create own Rooms, Webchat. I would be very grateful if someone can accomplish for me! I look forward to seeing this dream come true. thank you!
