I have a shell of a Chat Website (Html/JavaScript) that needs the functions coded...
The site has two versions - one for desktop and one for mobile...with 38 pages that need coding...
I am looking for a freelancer who
a) understands EXACTLY what each page needs in terms of functions
b) if they are unsure about anything, they will ASK probing questions
c) will listen to me
...before they start coding
This website needs a capable coder who can create code that ...
a) code using handcoded PHP/Jquery/Html/CSS
a) shows new messages without having to refresh the page
b) verifies that a Payment has been received from a member's Paypal account to our Paypal account
c) sends/receives sms using SMS API
d) creates a line graph/chart derived from database data
e) can identify keywords in every message and delete the message
f) adds details to the database
g) fix the look of the site using CSS/HTML
h) add a navigation menu that is different according to what type of member logs in
I will provide further detailed documentation to the bidders whose bid falls within my budget.
Because of the actions of previous freelancers on this and other projects, I will not look at bids from freelancers asking for milestones...
