Contract Management System - Timesheet Entry ONLY at this stage!

I have a project that I have been trying to complete with another developer of GAF who has not been able to deliver on time, or with the functionality I require. The project you are bidding on is for the Timesheet Entry and Editing only. The other areas will come at a later stage. It should be noted that a full interactive cpanel should be created along with the front end. the cpanel should allow the administrator the rights to view & print all timesheets regardless of status, amend timesheets regardless of status and delete timesheets, along with managing all the Codes files ie Project codes, Ordinary pay codes etc. It should be noted that the Paycodes file contains 3 possible methods 1 is to add time to the total hours, one is to delete time and the third is to do nothing. We therefore, put this out again and ask for those interested to please read the attached documentation, and quote based on a Fixed Term Pricing. No Hourly or prices over your intital bid will be accepted. We expect full update status reports daily, on the progress of the system, along with development in an area we provide for testing and upload of data. The winner bidder will be given the exact website and tools to enable them to do their task. All code needs to be clearly commented to ensure ease for updates of the system.
