Create div in div using AJAX/Javascript and PHP with MySQL

We would like a PHP-script that generates AJAX or javascript code that creates a dragable and resizable div/layer from within a browser. Within that layer a simple HTML editor such as FCKeditor [url removed, login to view] should be available via a clickable link. The editor should appear on top of the entire page while in editing mode. When you click the save button in the editor the content should be saved to a MySQL databse. After closing the editor you should see the recently edited layer with the new content in the browser and if earlier created, you also see other layers. All layer should be dragable and resizable. Layers size and position should be stored automatically in database when released or resized with the help from AJAX. Each layer/div should be able to contain other layers with the above mentioned features.
You will get a flow chart describing the project more in detail before starting the project.
If it works out well this is just a small part of a bigger project.
Any suggestions for improvement is appreciated.
