Create a new simple website

This project entails developing a simple bilingual website for a small company. The English version of the website will consist of a home page that will contain a very simple animation (flash or otherwise), it will NOT have a back office, and will consist of about 20-30 static pages, with a little of text and pictures. Below is an estimated breakdown of the needed pages: - Home Page - Mission & Vision - Profile - Our team - 5 Pages describing the sectors we work in. - About 10 pages for our products/suppliers - News and events page - Newsletter subscription page - Downloads page, for brochures, booklets and such. - Contact us/Feedback form page The pages will have a menu system at the top or side. For example the "about us" menu item will open the submenu that offers 3 choices: "Mission & Vision", "Profile", and "Our team" The other language version of the website will be translated later, but the freelancer has to create the pages with dummy text. There will be an option to change the language on any page of the website. The freelancer will have to come up with a design and layout, and upon approval will develop the pages required.
