Custom WordPress Real Estate Plugin Modifications Needed

We are a real estate company based in Barcelona, Spain.   We have a WordPress site, but we aren't happy with the custom real estate plugin that was made for us.  It has been great but as our needs are expanding, we need more functionality and especially expandability. So the job is basically taking the already existing custom real estate plugin and making it fit better to our new needs. You should have experience be a WordPress expert and be able to handle CSS, HTML, MySQL, PHP, and XML.   Great communication skills in English is important as we want to know that you understand exactly what we are asking.  Please no spam.   What we have (PLEASE also look at the 4 attachments to this ad so you can get a better idea of the job before bidding): Real esate plugin which gives the possibility to order specific pages to specific parents. What we want: 1. We have 3 different parents, but we don't have the knowledge to duplicate or create new ones.  They should be expandable in the sense that we can create more, but also in the sense that we can use the plugin on our upcoming Spanish version of the site, which is hosted on the same domain.  That is the main task.   2. You will also be responsible for helping us improve the filter that is part of the plugin. Basically the search filter helps people narrow down the type of apartment they are looking for within each of the separate parents. 3.  We want to create an XML feed so we can feed our real estate content into portals, other sites, etc...
