Data Saving Website - Stage 1

Hi, I would like a website built that will manage my logins and share them with selected people. And I would like a login API similar to Twitter Connect and Facebook Connect. PHP, MYSQL HTML5 and Javascript REQUIRED. This project is divided into three stages. Please quote each stage. The website graphics and design are already complete. This project is only the content/workings of the website. Here are my project requirements: STAGE 1 - Please see attached Stage 1 PDFs 1) Account Login Page - Typical account login page with "Lost Password?" feature and "Create an account" options. HTTPS website login only. 2) Once logged in the page displays two tabs. One tab is listed as "My Logins". The other tab is "Friend's Logins". My Logins Tab: A) The 'My Logins' tab has three columns - "Website" - "Username" - "Password" B) The Users login details are displayed and managed on this tab C) Each line is inserted and saved to the MySQL db. The passwords are displayed as **** once saved. D) Each line can automatically be saved with JavaScript or have a 'Save' button E) The Show button will display the hidden password. F) Show All button displays ALL hidden passwords G) + button adds another login line H) Delete button removes that login line I) All logins are stored encryptically - if possible. My Account Tab: 3) The 'My Account' tab displays the User's login name and allows them to change their password or delete their account. A) When a User deletes their account all logins, usernames and passwords are deleted. B) Typical Account Management options (Change password - change username, etc.) STAGE 2 will be posted shortly.
