Databasing website

I'm working on a large database site, Will have 5 seperate databases similar to www.imdb.com. We are planning on catagorizing music, movies, tv shows, people and video games right now with more work to come in the future possibly. I would like to be able to accept user submissions for the database as well as news and a "rumor mill". All publicly entered content would have to be verified by an admin of the site. I want it setup on a user level scare with "customers" and "Administration" on a sliding numeric scale. The site design I have worked out already is at [login to view URL] and is generaly how I would like the site to look except a little more flashy and less dreary looking. I would also like to be able to accept uploads from users for the database for example a poster shot for a movie or a headshot for a person. I would like to see about forum integration however that is not a requirement at this time. I would like room for a few advertisments as well as being able to add links to the database information for sale items for example [login to view URL] type links. Lastly I need a search engine built in for the databases, that will guess the closest matches to what people are looking for, eg. if they misspell "Star Wars" as "Star Wasr" it will know what the closest entry is to what they are searching for.
