As my projects are very divercified, you should have a sound background in XML, PHP, SEO, scripting and website design. Advantages would be, web promotion, flash, and graphic design. The budget offered is only to get started, and a long term plan will be set in place with monthly as well as per project based payments being made to the right candidate. Initial projects will involve scripting, hard coding, as well as simple html editing to existing sites.
