charts for web page

I have a single page website that shows weather data from a MySQL database. The page shows a Google Maps infoBox with the weather as text. I wish to add three charts: the temperature today at hourly intervals the maximum and minimum daily for the past seven days the rainfall graph for the past 21 days Developing the data by the right queries is done. I wish to have the three charts based on Ext 4 or on Highcharts (I liked the animation of the lines appearing in Highcharts library) or other open source library. It is important that: 1./ the background is transparent 2./ the data lines or columns are red, and when a second colour is needed, that is white 3./ the product is a php page that can be dropped into the infoBox. Width is a constraint. I currently use 600 px or so.
