contact form (flash mx 2004)

I already have a website with a non-functioning form on it. All work must be compatable with mx 2004 as that's what I'm using. My website only needs to more components to be complete. 1) Function added to the? php, contact form; 2) button that controls my welcome audio whithout interfering with the background music. All components are already designed and in place, just need functionality added. Time is of the essence. Needs to be complete by 11/14. ## Deliverables 1. Contact Form ? ? ? ? A.
