This is for a widget development project:
The widget has only one function:
It should automatically grab text from the page on which it has been installed, send the text to a server and display within its boundaries on the page whatever data the server sends back.
For example,
Consider a widget like site meter,, it sends to the page on which it has been installed total number of hits to that page and automatically displays this number on the page.
This widget is similar. But first it must grab All text from the page( we already have some scripts for this , but they are very incomplete, however you can start with them as a starting point)
The focus of the widget is that it should work with all news blogs and websites ( blogger, Wordpress, and all news websites)
To install widget the webmaster should only have to copy and paste the script on his page.
You can refer to widgets which Are universal like for example the Facebook and twitter widgets which automatically get added under every news story, or blog post.,
Please provide me with the following details along with your quotation forth is project:
1. Jobs done by you in the past
2. Jobs you have done similar to this one.
3. Your email I'd and cell number.
Price is not a very big issue, we want quality.
If possible you can also code the server side and for that please give additional quotation.
Time frame is flexible but short
Please also say which language you will code it in.
Furthermore I have experienced that it is very difficult to make widgets that integrate into the different styles used. By different websites, so please remember that it should be as universally applicable as possible, and the best would be to make it like the fb or twitter widgets.
Best regards
