Art gathering place - Joomla website(repost)

The website should be done with joomla.

I will provide webhosting, the job should be done online so I can see the job progress.

Here is different site content:

- News: This part will get some news feed from different websites. The feed should show image of the feed too. It should be possible to change news feed sources from joomla administration backend.

- User can upload their artworks. ( they are just images )

- Gallery: User can see uploaded files here. It should be possible to share art works on facebook.

- Profile: User can see his/her own upload art works.

- There are two main sections in different pages:

Most popular: Show art works based on popularity ( most visited ).

Recent uploads: Show art works based on upload dates.

In all sections user can click images and it should open in the same page ( it should expand ) and number of visits should increase.

- There is also Home page, Contact, about us and Sitemap.

I've attached mockups. I will provide psd files too.
