Balanced Scorecard / Report Scorecard in Moodle

We need a balanced scorecard in Moodle 2 or later version. We need to have for students and teachers a balanced of every activity in their front end. With this, they can easily track the advance. For example, in Math they can have a green light if every activities are on time. They can have a yellow line or red line if the tasks or homeworks are on delay, and they can easily know where they need to put attention. More apps in the balanced scorecard can be usefull or if you have an idea, we can discuss it, but the main event is the semaphore tracking in very lesson and activities. This needs to be done in Moodle, but is for a platform in Joomsocial + Moodle. If you can develop the Joomla module for the front end in the Joomla/Jomsocial part, that can be a plus for us. This is for a project in México DF.
