Build reservation plugin

I need someone to build a plugin for a Wordpress or Joomla theme. Which will allow members to offer tables to visitors with different discounts depending on the time. On the back end members should be able to adjust the amount of discount a customer will get at a certain time, the amount of tables that are allowed to offer with a discount. The site overall site administrator should be able to see how many seats have been reserved over time per restaurant. On the front end customers should be able to see what discount is offered at what times. Should be able to make a reservation (and receive a confirmation afterwards). The member should also receive an email when a table is booked. Basically it will have to look something like this: On the back end: (PM me for the links) on the front end: (PM me for the links) (I do not need any kind of payment terminal, but might want to add iDEAL payment gateway and paypall, in the future) I need serious people to work on this. I won't pay anything upfront, only on completion of the project when I'm satisfied with the result. If you don't have good references please do not bid.
