Customize Virtuemart order confirmation emails and admin order page

We are looking for a developer with vast experience in PHP and Virtuemart to customize our order confirmation email. We don't have time for experiments or people guessing how to do this.

Main thing that we need to do is to remove SOME custom fields information from the order confirmation email. Our customers are normally attaching some pdf files to their orders, by means of a plugin we added, and at the order confirmation email these files are showing in a really ugly way, as no thumbnail can be created from those pdf files. (see image attached)

We are currently using a component to customize this emails, but this feature is not available. (See screenshot attached to get a clear picture). The square and the dot must go right away!. If you understand what we need, know how to do it and can start right away, please place a bid so you can be considered. 30 usd (Micro Project) for this little project is a hard limit. Bids over this will be discarded right away.
