Currently, Magento only allows the 'Qty to Invoice' field to be changed if the method of checkout is offline or via Google checkout. We would like that field to be editable for all methods of checkout (credit cards, paypal, etc.) so that we can fulfill partial shipments. We are using Magento Community Edition 1.7.0.2 with some customization, 2 extensions and a custom theme, however the checkout is standard OOB one page. The admin is all OOB. Screen shot attached showing field we need modified. Please email with any questions, along with price, time frame, and Magento experience. Thank you.
