Add a topic tag to my OpenX ads... (I keep trying!)

Hi... I have a custom website that uses OpenX to display ads. I need to have someone put a topic tag in my Source Parameter so when an article is displayed the ads that get displayed match the topic of the article. Every article is assigned a topic. (The topics are numbered in the code.) Here's a link to my website: [login to view URL] This seems like a half hour job for someone who knows OpenX. $25-$50. This project is partly finished. A Freelancer set it up so that if a topic section is clicked its related ads will display, but visitors don't always click a topic section. Often visitors click directly to an article on the site from Google. So it's the topic of the article that's important for this assignment. So, the ads have to be able to "see" the topic of each article. I also have to be able to flag each ad with which topics I want it to appear alongside (one or more). If you bid on this, I'll "message" you to doublecheck that you understand the task before I accept your bid. I hope that's OK. I'm somewhat new to Freelancer. I really need good communication. (This is a repost. I've had several Freelancers accept this task then simply not do it. I've had people not read the description. I've wasted a month so far. So I'll only accept bids for 1-3 days and who quickly reply and who maintain quality communication. If a day passes without necessary communication for the progress of the job based on provided info, etc., then I'll close it immediately. I need to figure out a way to prevent Freelancers from wasting my time. This will be my method. If you intend to do the work this will work fine! Thanks!
