Blacklist Filter - Joomla - Easy Social

We have a hashtag system which allows users to place a hashtag virtually everywhere, and we impose that people tag certain things, as there are minors on the site. We already have a way to track tags, so now we need a way to filter them. We want it to be a universal blacklist, meaning any tags blacklisted will remain constant throughout the whole site, and they can't be cookie based or anything - we'd prefer they stayed a constant throughout all devices until the user deletes a tag in the settings themselves. We would also like to add that we want the tag "nsfw" to be blacklisted by default. Now, there's a thing regarding how it's blacklisted. We want it to be where if something is put on the blacklist, there will be a small notification where the post would be, hopefully taking up as little space in width as you can make it, which says that the post contains a blacklisted tag, and maybe a button that will allow the user to show the post anyway if they want. However, we also want it to be where if your account is set to where your age shows you're a minor, the nsfw tag is locked in - they can't delete it off the list - and if it's possible, make it to where it doesn't show anything for that specific tag. Not even a notification, if this is possible. If it isn't, we can settle for just a notification saying that a post was blocked because of a blocked tag without the button idea, and minors having a locked-in nsfw tag.
