Not sure the best way to go about this but I have a Wordpress site that I need to install a function on. I need a form where a user would input a zipcode or a city name and it would check that against the cities and zips that we actually cover and redirects them to either a page that says we do not cover that area or a page that says we do and shows its location on a map

Also, Cities and Zipcodes list that we cover must be easily updatable as we expand into new territories.
